V rámci srazu birdwatcherského Klubu 300 jsme měli možnost se podívat do specializovaného ornitologického muzea Ornis v Přerově.

During the meeting of birdwaching Club 300 we had a very good possibility to visit a specialised ornithological museum Ornis in Přerov.

... aneb jak mě Eva vytáhla na neptáčkařsky zoologické dopoledne

Výstava: Světlo pro Prahu (květen 2010)/Exhibition: Light for Prague

Vydal jsem se na výstavu o kolizích dravců a elektrických drátů v nové budově Národního muzea. Výstava navazovala na předchozí, uspořádánou před 10 lety. Autoři chtěli poukázat na to, co se od této doby změnilo k lepšímu. Nutno říct, že jsem toho očekával trošku více, ale podstatné informace jsem se dozvěděl. Vstupenka platí i na nepovedenou výstavu mincí a výstavu o Sametové revoluci. Na výstavu mě tentokráte doprovodila Hanka.

Two days after the official initiation I went to the exhibiton dedicated to the birds of prey and their collisions with electric line in the new building of National Museum. The exhibition follows the previous one 10 years ago. The authors want to demonstrate what has changed. I expected little bit more before but the main topic has been carried. The entrance fee is valid for two more exhibition in the building - the stillborn exhibition of the historical coins and the exhibition of the Velvet Revolution. This time I have been accompanied by Hanka.

Trekkies - Setkání s Marinou Sirtis (září 2007)/Meeting with Star Trek´s Star Marina Sirtis

Marina Sirtis hrála v seriálu Star Trek: The Next Generation roli Deanny Troi. Fanouškové seriálu pozvali hvězdu do České republiky. Setkání se seriálovou herečkou řeckého původu proběhlo v Kulturním domě na Ládví.

Marina Sirtis appeared in the TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation as Deanna Troi. The serial fans invited her to Czech republic. The meeting with the actress took a place in Kulturni dum Ladvi, Prague.
